Here at 180 fitness our mission is to inspire, encourage, and lead our youth through hard work, discipline, and fun. We aspire to create a healthy environment where kids can hone in on their skills and be themselves doing it. Every 180 birthday package includes 1 hour of hands on drill instruction and 180 T-shirt. Note: Please book your party at least 4 weeks ahead of your desired date to ensure we have 180 gear sizes available and can provide the best service possible.

180 SILVER PACKAGE: $150.00
Looking to have loads of laughs while tightening up those agility skills? The 180 Silver Package is perfect for anyone wanting to get their party goers moving and engaged. This package includes: 1 hour of drill instruction, T-shirt and a 180 Elite medal.

180 GOLD PACKAGE: $180.00 
Are you looking for a little extra fun? The 180 Gold Package won’t disappoint. This package includes: 1 hour of drill instruction, a 180 fitness T- shirt, a framed Elite 180 certificate , and a 180 balloon arrangement.

🚨 Be sure to book your party a month in advance to ensure we have your sizes and other materials/equipment available for your event. 

🚨 The minimum amount of participants for a party is 8 per party. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each additional participant.

🚨 Additional Time Request 

If you wish to use additional time for your event there will be a fee of $50 per half hour. 

🚨Once booked and processed all payments are non-refundable. In case of unfortunate weather/ circumstance events can be moved to an earlier/ later date. The rescheduled event must take place within a month of receiving payment.

Senior Personal training

Welcome seniors! 

Coach Joshua will demonstrate on how to do each exercise. One step at a time he will help you figure out how much weight to use, and give you pointers for getting the most out of your workout.

This program is designed to assist clients with weight loss and provide a better understanding of body movement/intentional movement. Meals will be recommended to help you throughout your weight loss journey.
 

180 LEAN MACHINE PROGRAM 

Our Lean machine program focuses on targeting specific muscle groups to sculpt and shape your body into your desired results. We suggest committing to at least 2-3 times a week when selecting this program. This will ensure you are receiving the quality time needed to target muscle groups and maintain your results.

60 minutes: $35.00 per adult

Senior Group Sessions: $35 per adult. These group sessions are for friends and family who want to train their mind and body in the comfort of their own home. Coach Joshua will train clients based upon their specific needs and goals.
